It is still plugged into USB 3.0 and even works in different USB 3.0 slots. After that, the keyboard has continued to work normally on my PC.

It wasn't until I plugged the keyboard into my laptop (64-bit Windows 8.1 + USB 2.0 port + without Synapse installed) that the lights worked and all keys lit up green. Final step is to select CHROMA CONFIGURATOR on that LIGHTING tab. you can create different profiles and each profile can be activated as you open and close various applications. Restarting the computer did nothing, and the same problem persisted the next day. Select LIGHTING Play around with your options.

When I first plugged my Deathstalker Chroma into my PC (64-bit Windows 10 + USB 3.0 port + Synapse already installed), the keys worked fine but the backlit keys did not only the white num lock and caps lock indicators lit up. The funny thing in my case was that the keyboard itself did not light up even though my Windows 10 PC recognized it. I have come across various posts describing compatibility issues between Razer Synapse and Windows 10 despite the newer OS being listed as compatible with the product. Is it possible for you to test the keyboard on a different Windows OS (7, 8, or 8.1)? It should technically function as a plug and play device. You can do so by simply clicking flair under your link!Įdit: i has the dumb and cant read, sorry.
